Hosting

This website is hosted in Germany on a Kubernetes cluster operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). Hetzner processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Server log files

When this site is accessed, the hosting system automatically processes technical access data: – IP address of the requesting device – Date and time of the request – URL accessed and amount of data transferred – Referring website (referrer) – Browser and operating system in use – HTTP status code Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). Retention: at most 14 days, then automatic deletion. No combination with other data sources takes place.

Email contact

If you contact us by email at hello@cs-cloud-solutions.de, we use the data you transmit exclusively to handle your inquiry and for any follow-up correspondence. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contract) or (f) (legitimate interest in responding). Retention: as long as the correspondence is necessary, plus any commercial or tax-law retention obligations.

Calendly (appointment booking)

On this site we link to a Calendly booking calendar operated by Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA. Current integration: Calendly is included only as an outbound link. Data is transferred to Calendly only when you click the link. Only on opening the Calendly page is data — e.g. IP address, browser information — transferred to the United States. Calendly has self-certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). Calendly's privacy policy applies: https://calendly.com/privacy Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in offering scheduling). Note: should we integrate Calendly as an iframe embed in the future, we will request your consent in advance pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 TDDDG.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website sets NO cookies and uses NO analytics, NO tracking, and NO externally embedded web fonts. Fonts are bundled at build time and served from our own server. The only data processed are the technically necessary access data described under "Server log files".
